  • cancellations & no-shows

    We hope you don’t have to miss out on The Skyn Fix experience, but we understand if you have to! We ask that you reciprocate the understanding as well. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We greatly appreciate and value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. We understand that emergencies happen, should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us the moment you are aware you won’t be present. We would be happy to accommodate a different date & time to rebook you. We require at least 24 hours minimum, 48 hours preferred in advance.

    In the event of a no-show appointment or a last-minute cancellation you will unfortunately be charged a cancellation fee for lost time. If your scheduled appointment needs to be cancelled and hopefully rebooked, a credit will be applied to your account for your future appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

  • arrival time

    Here at The Skyn Fix we like to make every visit a memorable experience, In order to do so Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you the necessary time to enjoy a complimentary beverage while filling out any required paperwork and use the ladies/mens room if need be. Our appointments are often booked back to back so your diligence would be greatly appreciated. We love each of our clients and want you and those after you to have the nothing less from the best over all experience possible here at The Skyn Fix!

  • Late arrivals

    Please keep in mind that showing up late for an appointment will affect the length and nature of your service. We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation, and the associated cancellation fee. Hoping this does not happen because we would hate for you to miss out on The Skyn Fix experience, we can rebook your appointment for another time f necessary.

    The Skyn Fix Laser Medi Spa is priority to provide you with excellent medical care and customer service, which includes treating your personal information with respect. Each member and employee of The Skyn Fix is trained in the proper protocols and must abide by our commitment to privacy in handling personal information.

  • Return

    Here at The Skyn Fix we sell our medical grade skincare line Dermaquest and additional skincare and beauty related items. We doubt you would want to return it! If need be we will only be accepting unopened sealed products 10 days after the date of purchase.

    On rare occasions, there may be a product that you have sensitivity to, in which case we will schedule an appointment with a patient coordinator to discuss the use of the product and the sensitivity that you may be experiencing within 14 days of the original purchase.

    GIFT CERTIFICATES

    All purchased gift certificates have no expiry date.

    Gift certificates cannot be refunded.
